What areas do you service?
We are currently offering our services to clients within the Orillia, ON city limits, Washago and Cumberland Beach.

Is shovelling included?
No - we currently do not offer shovelling services for paths or walkways and only snow from the driveway will be removed. We also do not provide salting or sanding.

Do you use a plow or snowblower?
We use specialized tractors with inverted snowblowers specifically designed for residential snow removal.

Can my car be in the driveway?
Yes - but we kindly ask that you park them as close to the house as possible to maximize the space our tractors can clear.

When does the contract start & end?
Our season runs from November 1st to April 15th.

What is your trigger?
Operators are dispatched when there is an accumulation of 5 cm (2") or more of snow.

What time do you come out?
Typical operations include overnight dispatches so that all our laneways are cleared by 7/8am. This is subject to change during heavy or prolonged snowfalls.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes - instalment options from 1 payment to 5 payments are offered for our customers.

Do you clear after City plows go by?
Yes - but to our discretion. Second passes to clear plow ridges are started immediately after the first pass ends.

Do you service gravel driveways?
Yes - but it's important to note that we require substantial snowfall and freezing temperatures to adequately pack down the driveway.
